How to track my parcel?

When making a purchase, it's important to select the tracking to ensure your package arrives safely. Please note that standard shipping does not come with a tracking option, and I cannot liability for any lost items. While most packages arrive without issue, there is always a risk of loss when crossing borders.

I think my order is missing.

Oh No, postal policy states you have to wait 28 days before declaring an item missing. But I don't like the policies UK orders - if its been 3 days since dispatch email please contact me International order - If its been more than 14 days since dispatch email please contact me

What information do you need for a commission?

For a commission to work  reference photos are ideal and descriptions you have in mind, and I'll use my creative mind to come up with some ideas for you. Once we have everything we need, we'll discuss order further via email. Let's get started on this exciting project together!

How long will a commission take?

I know you are desperate to have your personal artwork as soon as possible, but these things take time. Every piece of artwork I create is special and yours is too! If you would like to contact me regarding your piece I can now discuss ongoing orders via email and WhatsApp

What is the difference between Limited Giclee Print & Open edition Print?

Giclee prints, are higher priced because they are of high quality using of specialized high resolution inkjet printers and papers to get them as close to the original artwork as possible only available in limited numbers to make them as unique to you as the collector.
The closed edition affordable prints are still of quality but are not limited in their numbers.

Shipping

EU Customers PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Following the UK leaving the EU and following new EU VAT legislation introduced in 2021, EU customers are responsible for paying any import duties and VAT that may be due on items ordered. We do not pay these taxes on shipping the product so please check with customs in your country to ensure you understand these charges before ordering.

Any customer who chooses not to pay the customs charges due is free to return the parcel to us. Once we receive the parcel, we will issue a refund but please note that we cannot refund shipping costs in this situation.

UK delivery prices as follows:

Free shipping on orders over £50. (Excludes artwork and prints that require a special delivery service)

Below 100g - £1.90(Royal Mail 1st class)
Above 100g - £2.60 (Royal Mail 1stClass)

  (Tracked OR Royal Mail Special Delivery, Tracked and Signed)- Between £3.30.00- £20.00 depending on value

Delivery to Europe, USA and the Rest of World is calculated based on the weight/value of your package using Royal Mail prices or couriers where appropriate.

Please note that your order may come in separate packages if it contains artwork or digital prints. We will use the best packaging to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition and we always use sturdy postal tubes for artwork but will send books and cards packed flat.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 weeks & arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch although this may take longer during busy periods such as public holidaya.

If you need your order in a hurry, please do get in touch and we will do our very best to get it to you at top speed.

Rest of world delivery prices as follows:

Free shipping on orders over £100. (Excludes artwork and prints that require a special delivery service)

Below 100g - £4.40(Royal Mail 1st class)
Above 100g - £6.00 (Royal Mail 1stClass)

  (Tracked OR Royal Mail Special Delivery, Tracked and Signed)- From £12.50 depending on value

Delivery to Europe, USA and the Rest of World is calculated based on the weight/value of your package using Royal Mail prices or couriers where appropriate.

Shipping Policy

Please note that LadybugArt is not responsible for loss or damages once parcel has been dispatched. please contact your local postal department/courier to file a complaint.

When purchasing an order, if tracking is not selected at checkout for any product I LadybugArt holds no responsibility for find the parcel  (custom artwork, original artwork excluded)

​Custom Artwork has a longer wait time & subject to change from the original time, but don't worry, you will receive your painting with a tracking number once dispatched 

 

Returns

We want to give you the best possible service and are happy to exchange or refund items (excluding postage costs) for whatever reason if you return items to us in perfect condition with the original tags attached and packaging intact.

If you need to return an item, please email jess@ladybugart.co.uk to let us know about your return. Then post it back to us in the original packaging in perfect condition for resale within 14 days of purchase. Please include a note of your order number, whether you would like an exchange or a refund and the reason for your return.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please note that we currently only offer exchanges for UK orders. For international orders, you will need to return your item(s) for a refund, and then reorder via our website.

If the item you have received is faulty, we will also refund postage and the cost of your return postage.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods. We suggest you use a tracked service for returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.
